Why Shubham Singh started S9S Logics.
Working with businesses, Shubham kept seeing a disconnect. Software was available, yet everyday work still depended on scattered spreadsheets, manual registers, and WhatsApp messages. Buying a tool had not necessarily made the work easier.
The problem was not simply a lack of technology. Some systems asked people to change the way they worked without understanding why they worked that way. Others arrived without enough help to get started. When the software felt unfamiliar or added more effort, teams returned to the methods they trusted.
That was the gap Shubham wanted to close: the distance between having software and being able to use it with confidence. S9S Logics began with that purpose.
The starting point would be the client's reality: what they needed to achieve, who would use the system, and where work became difficult. Those requirements would shape the software. Implementation support and training would help people put it into practice, rather than leave them with a login and the responsibility to figure everything out.
That thinking still guides S9S Logics today. Each new requirement calls for understanding before a solution. The aim is not simply to deliver a working application, but to help people make it part of their work: less time piecing information together, more confidence in what they know and what to do next.
